Delivery
We do not charge to deliver to West Roxbury, Roslindale, Hyde Park, Dedham, Needham, Westwood, Norwood, Canton, Dover, Medfield and Walpole. We do charge from $29 to $69 for delivery to other towns inside route 495. Charges for delivery beyond route 495, Cape Cod, Rhode Island or New Hampshire start at $99. We do not deliver to the Islands but will deliver to the mover of your choice.

We take complete responsibility for ensuring satisfactory delivery into your home. We deliver by appointment, usually within a three hour window, doing our best to accommodate your schedule. Your purchase is opened, inspected and detailed before being blanket wrapped. All deliveries are done on our truck by our employees. Your items are placed where you wish and completely assembled - no mess, no fuss, and no hassles! We only ask that you have the path to the room and the room itself cleared for our delivery team.

Please alert us to possible delivery issues such as narrow hallways and doors, turns in staircases and low overhangs, etc. We are happy to inspect your home before we order a piece to be sure that it will fit! Call for details 781 326 3220.

Disposal of your old furniture
We have a list of charities that will accept your old gently used donations of furniture and other household goods. Most of them will pick up at your home and provide a tax receipt. Please go to our Furniture donations page for full details.

If your furniture is no longer suitable for donation there are options. At no charge our delivery men will move your old item to the curb or garage. We do offer disposal for fee service. We charge $99 for the first piece and $50 for each additional piece. We transfer these items to a recycling facility where we pay a similar fee. Arrangements must be made with us at least 48 hours before delivery of your new items.

Upon purchase of a new set of bedding we will dispose of your old mattress and box spring at no charge.

Special orders
Special orders are those items that are not in stock or vary from our floor model in size, finish, fabric or other details.

We will estimate anticipated delivery, but lead times are subject to delays that are beyond our control and therefore are not guaranteed.

A minimum of a 1/3 deposit is required at the time of order. Special orders may not be changed or cancelled once the order is placed in production by the factory.

Returns of stock items
Regular priced stock items may be returned within seven days of purchase for a full refund. The items must be in new condition with all parts and packaging.

Delivery charges and optional stain protection services are not refundable.

Returns of Special Orders
Once an order is placed into production by the factory any cancellation will result in a restocking charge of at least 33% of the purchase price.
If delivered, delivery charges are not refundable.

If treated, fabric stain protection is not refundable.

Cut yardage, table pads and parts may not be returned.

Any excess payments will be refunded.

Our exclusive Five Year Limited Warranty
We are proud to offer quality items for your home and back them up with one of the best warranties in the industry!. Most factories give you a one year warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. We extend their warranties to five years for the original purchaser! If a table leaf develops a crack, a seam opens up or spring makes a noise, call us!

Understandably we cannot guarantee the durability of leathers or fabrics, items in commercial use, items that are soiled, faded, damaged or items not used for their intended purpose.

Upon inspection we will determine whether the item is actually defective, and if so, whether a repair or replacement is required.

Customer Service
We have always prided ourselves on providing exemplary service after the sale. Should your purchase develop a problem please call us at 781 326 3220. If we can’t solve your problem on the phone we will start a service ticket and soon thereafter schedule an in home inspection. If possible, we will fix the problem in your home. In all cases we strive to solve the problem with the least inconvenience to you.

Repair Service
If you furniture is out of warranty but in need of some TLC call us! We do small repairs and minor refinishing. Loose chair rungs and spindles, scuffed table tops, recover of dining chair seats, dents and dings can all be fixed. Just call for details! 781 326 3220

Items marked Clearance are As Is and final sale. No cancellations or refunds allowed.

Layaway
You may layaway your purchase for up to 12 months at no charge! Purchase now, pay a little at a time, guarantee your price, and deliver later. Call us for details. 781 326 3220

Price Matching
We will match the price with any stocking dealer inside route 495 under identical terms. This does not include clearance items, close outs, going out of business sales, damaged items, internet or phone orders or membership clubs.
